PROPOSED

SME Working-Capital Programme
Challenge
Small manufacturers and traders with confirmed orders routinely decline them. The constraint is not demand but the working capital required to buy inputs before payment arrives, combined with collateral requirements the firm cannot meet.
Intervention
A short-cycle working-capital facility delivered by regulated lenders against verified receivables and offtake agreements, using the platform's standardised enterprise file in place of conventional collateral.
Delivery model
- 01Enterprises complete readiness preparation and are assessed against the published standard.
- 02Verified orders and receivables are documented in the standardised enterprise file.
- 03A regulated lending partner underwrites and disburses under its own credit mandate.
- 04Repayment, order completion, and employment effects are tracked against agreed indicators.

This initiative is proposed and not yet in delivery. Pilot targets will be published following partner validation, and outcomes only after independent verification.
