FOUNDER
Ousman Touray
Founder, Visionary Pathways
A private-sector voice for Africa's economic transformation.
Building systems, not just businesses
Ousman Touray founded Visionary Pathways on a straightforward observation: Africa does not lack ambition, enterprise, or capital. It lacks the connective infrastructure that turns those three into industries.
His focus is institutional. Rather than delivering isolated programmes, the work is to establish the standards, pipelines, and evidence that allow employers, banks, and governments to act on the same information.
The intent is a platform that outlives any single initiative, and any single individual.
Continental perspective
African economies face the same structural constraint in different forms: firms too small to be financed, and markets too fragmented to justify scale. That argues for continental infrastructure and regional trade linkage rather than country-by-country intervention.
